I am subject to no sleep excitement as we near the the release of a pro bar coded Jamantics CD.  The theater style release gives it a "maybe we have done something cool here" feel. 

Course, part of the nerves is wondering if its all gonna work.  I personally have several techniques to settle the "what if this is a flop?" feeling: 

1. At night I separate my head from my body so my muscles get there proper rest. 

2. I say out loud, to myself, 7634 times an hour--> "things cant go bad, Eric Reingold is in the band." and finally

3. Somersaults.  

Thanks to the confidence in my band members and my love of the jam,  the real excitement is knowing that all the folks that do come will feel that same excitement, as we somehow magically transform music into dance-antical fun, ---->A World Of Make Believe.   Hope to see you there family friends and fans---I'm out
