Jordan has been fiddlin’ around for 15 years, collaborating with numerous bands and solo musicians around New England, New York City, and Ireland. He loves taking the fiddle into genres where it rarely goes, such as funk, rock, and blues. However, traditional Celtic music will always have a special place in his heart, since it was good ol’ jigs and reels that drew him to fiddling in the first place.
Past
musical journeys have taken Jordan from barn dances to college dance
parties, 3-year-old birthdays to nursing homes, weddings to funerals,
folk festivals to rock concerts, farmers markets to governor’s
inaugurations, and the subways and ballrooms of New York to the streets
and studios of Dublin. In addition to
JamAntics, he is currently playing Irish music with The
Tom Lanigan Band, bluegrass with
Pressure's On, and blues/roots rock with
Dusty Gray.
